Harlea, a Birmingham-born songstress, is ready to release her official music video for single Beautiful Mess, which is now exclusively premiering on 1883 Magazine.

Raised in London, the singer has claimed popularity after her highly acclaimed singles Miss Me and You Don’t Get It got championed by several Spotify playlists and platforms such as Dazed and BBC Radio 1.
Her follow-up single Beautiful Mess was premiered during her performance at England’s number one festival for new music, The Great Escape, and immediately found excitement among her engaged crowd.

The song, co-written with American top producers Rock Mafia, fully exhibits Harlea’s confident and stunningly powerful vocals alongside a captivating beat. The visuals for it were directed by Abraham Roofeh and feature the likes of Robert Montgomery and Greta Bellamacina, two poets which immediately came to her mind when she was planning the storyline for the video. She says: “I instantly thought of Rob and Greta as I suspect it was their art that inspired my vision. We have been friends for many years and I felt a strong connection between them, their art, their image and the song. Their art provokes society into self-examination.”

It was shot all the way in the beautiful, wide Californian desert and brilliantly depicts the adventurous vibe of a couple on the run, running into the sunset and eventually ending up where they belong.
